We hold certifications and audits from SGS, CTTC, BSCI, ISO, OEKO-TEX and GRS. Applicable models such as the FUL-B stainless steel cold bath tub carry CE, FCC and RoHS certification. Documents can be requested per SKU.

Are your water chillers compatible with US and European power supplies?

Our 1.5HP ice bath water chiller is available in 110V and 220-240V versions to match North American, European and Asian power grids. Please confirm voltage and plug standard when ordering.

What refrigerants do your chillers use?

Our chillers use eco-friendly R290 or R32 refrigerant, aligned with European and US environmental policies for low global-warming-potential cooling.

How do I choose the right chiller horsepower for a cold plunge tub?

Chiller sizing depends on tub water volume, ambient installation temperature, target water temperature, usage frequency, local voltage and tub insulation. Home tubs are usually served by 0.3HP to 0.5HP units, while multi-user commercial recovery centres typically need 1.5HP. Share these data points and our engineers will recommend a matched model.
